What We Believe

Authority

God has authority over all the earth and has given His Son authority to execute judgement. (John 5:26-27)

God has given us His inspired word to know His will. Therefore, His authority is brought to us through His word.
(II Tim. 3:16-17; Rev 22:18-19; Rom 1:16-17)

The Church

The church is Christ's body and He is the head of it. We follow the example of the New Testament church, which began in Acts 2.
(Eph1:20-23; 3:6; 4:4-6; I Cor 12:12-13)

Steps of Salvation

In order to be a part of the body and to receive eternal salvation, one must follow His will. This requires both faith and action.
(Romans 1:16-17; I Peter 1:3-5; Mark 16:15-16)

Hear (Romans 10:17)
Believe (Hebrews 11:6; Mark 16:16; John 8:24)
Repent (Acts 2:38; Acts 17:30-31)
Confess (Romans 10:9,10,13)
Baptized (Acts 2:38; Acts 8:36-37; Mark 16:16)

Eternal Home

Heaven will be given to those who follow God's command through their faith and by their works.
(Jam 2:14,17; Phil 3:7-14,20,21; Rev 21:1-7)

Hell is an eternal punishment, for those who are disobedient to God.
(Matt 10:28; 25:41-46; Rev 21:8)

Therefore, we must be ready! (Matt 24:42-44)
